Cancellations
We understand that life presents unforeseen circumstances which may prevent you from attending your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice, so that the appointment time may be allocated to someone else.
Arrival Time
We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment. Late arrivals will risk their treatment time being reduced in order to respect the next scheduled appointment.
Health
Please notify us of any allergies, physical, or medical conditions which have an effect on your well being. Due to Health Regulations we are unable to provide manicure and pedicure services to clients suffering viral or fungal infections.
Gift Vouchers
For your convenience, gift vouchers and phone orders are available. Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue, and are fully redeemable on all treatments and products. Gift vouchers are non refundable. Please bring your gift voucher with you to your visit and present it upon arrival.
Payment
Payment acceptable by either cash, credit card or EFTPOS. Sorry, no cash out and no personal cheques. Prices are subject to change without notice.
